Relax in our Comfy Shelters

There is nothing quite like shelter on a hot day. Escaping the sun, and resting comfortably in one of our ten (10) open air shelters. Screened shelters let all the greatness of nature in while keeping the annoying parts out. Each shelter sleeps up to six (6) guests and are conveniently located by amenities in the park. We also provide 24-hour Police patrol in the area.

Shelter Rentals ($40.00*)

Turner Falls Park offers Screened Shelters at $40.00* per night for six (6) people maximum. Shelter reservations can accommodate up to six (6) guests, however there are only four (4) provided bunks per shelter. Guests can bring air mattresses, cots, or up to two (2) additional sleeping arrangements per shelter. Screened Shelter permits do not include the price of daily admission. Screened Shelter guests must purchase tickets for every person, for every day they occupy the park before 6:00pm. Screened Shelter guests arriving at or after 6:00pm will only be required to purchase daily admission for the following day through the date of check-out. Screened Shelter sites must be cleared of trash and vacated by 11:00am on the date of check-out.

Customers will be charged 100% of the fee at the time of reservation, whether in person or online. There are no deposits or partial payments. In order to secure a reservation, complete payment is required. Pets are not allowed inside Turner Falls Park. These policies are subject to a $350.00 Environmental Cleanup Fee if broken. These are subject to the discretion of the park manager.

Customers must provide proper photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Student ID) to validate their ticket. Customers without proper identification will not be allowed into the park!

Purchasing your tickets in advance does not guarantee faster entry into the park, it only guarantees entry into the park. We appreciate your patience!

Check-In / Check-Out

Guaranteed Shelter Check-In Time 4:00PM– 9:30PM. Cabin Rental guests are free to arrive early on the day of their stay, park their car and use their separately purchased tickets to play in the park - Shelters will be available no later than 4:00PM. Depending upon circumstances in the park, some shelters may be available earlier, but not guaranteed until 4:00PM. Shelter guests must arrive and check in before the box office closes at 10:00pm on the day of arrival. If arriving before 6:00pm on the date of check-in, the guest must purchase tickets for the current day till the date of checkout.

Check-Out Time 11:00AM. Guests must leave the Shelter and move their car from the Shelter parking before 11:00AM. Shelter guests must purchase a ticket for every day they occupy the park. Shelter Rental guests will be required to purchase tickets (if available) for the day of check out.

Cancellation Policy

Over 31-Days Cancellation Notice - Full Refund minus a $5 booking fee per Shelter, per night.

30-Days or less Cancellation Notice - Half Refund minus a $5 booking fee per Shelter, per night.

10-Days or less Cancellation Notice - No Refunds

Cancellations can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A $5 booking fee per Shelter, per night will always be charged in any cancellation, excluding the 10-Day cancellation in which there is no refund for any of the reservation. Complaints, problems, or suggestions must be brought to the attention of the Park Manager to be eligible for any refund. After Check-In has occurred, refunds are subject to the discretion of the Park Manager.
